The Mission
Deliver a 246 m-high RCC dam and 1,870 MW scheme with complex underground waterways and strict environmental management.
The Solution
Tractebel supported the project with a broad range of services, including the review of the Feasibility Study and Basic Design, preparation and negotiation of EPC contract documents, and an independent cost assessment. We also provided project management, planning follow-up, design and construction supervision, and assisted during commissioning and the Defect Liability Period—ensuring quality and performance throughout.
